" In Science the credit goes to the man who convinces the world, not to whom the idea first occurred." This meaningful quote, said by Sir William Oslar a Canadian physician, is very true. I completely agree with everything this quote has to say. In science, you must be able to prove to the world that an idea is real. Only then, will the world be able to appreciate the idea. Anyone can think of a mere idea, but it will only have value once it is proven. The idea is like the hypothesis or an opinion of what you think. The world can not come to your feet and start calling you a genius for having an idea. You need to support your idea with proof. Like our lit. teacher teacher always says, "justify our answer/idea." Putting it out there is not enough. For example, Galileo's idea was that the world was round, but no one believed him at first. He was almost categorized as a crazy. We appreciated the idea after we had proof.
